This Flixus collision I, A2 fine art giclée print is taken from a selection of artworks I created in preparation for MW Bewick’s poetry collection Pomes Flixus.
The expressive abstract piece is printed on professional quality 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper, which has a heavyweight, tactile, matte finish.
In vivid tones of buff, yellow, magenta and mint, contrasted with black and white, this vigorous artwork was originally created using layers of POSCA paint marker.
This dynamic abstract art piece is conceptual rather than illustrative. I worked with ideas both collision and transport and was drawn to the concept of travel lines or wires of communication clashing, overlapping and contrasting.
The limited edition fine art print is signed and numbered and will be delivered rolled up in a hard cardboard tube with an artist’s note.
